Here are some ...: The semen from frequent ejaculation such as daily is less coagulated with less volume than one ejaculated every 3-7 days or longer so appearing a little more watery; as well, it may look less whitish than the counterpart and contains less number of sperms. Otherwise, it is functionally indifferent - okay so nothing to worry about it.

Yes: Ejaculating daily will not affect your fertility. So you can have children. But males dont give birth as far as I know
