These are serious: Hemochromatosis will kill you if it is not treated, but is easy to treat. Since you are on methotrexate, you need your liver working as well as possible, so your hemochromatosis needs to be treated appropriately. The generalized anxiety disorder may respond to intensive psychotherapy which may reduce or remove your need for medication.
