Healthy weight: Appropriate weights are calculated as your body-mass-index. The appropriate BMI is age dependent. Your BMI is 86%, which is more than 85% of children your age, and is just crossing into the range for overweight. A normal BMI should be 5-85%. At this age you are also growing in height and should not be trying to lose weight. Instead, make healthy eating to keep weight stable as you grow into it.
