Unprotected sex: 2 days post periods will not likely result in pregnancy. You are not in your fertile period but you are not protected from STD

Tying your tubes: A tubal ligation should not change how many times a year you have a period. You should have a period at least every 3 months unless you are on certain medicines or in menopause. See your doctor.

can be many reasons, including hormones not being regulated, early pregnancy with bleeding, endometrial abnormalities, etc, please see your gyn for a workup.

Maybe not until...: The birth control pills might not be effective until the second pack of pills, so it's a good idea to use condoms or another back-up method of birth control, during the first pack of pills.

Irregular periods: Irregular periods are very common. If you normally have regular periods and then suddenly have one that is early or late this usually gets better on its own with cycles returning to normal over the next few months. If you are not wanting to be pregnant you should discuss birth control which will also help with cycle control.
