how can i get over my fear of gaining weight when pregnant i can't lose?

Easily: First, eat properly and exercise daily, have a plan of nutrition and exercise in pregnancy and after pregnancy. However, weight gain can also be genetic. If your mother/aunts/sisters developed large weight gains you might be prone as well.
