i use lotion & sometimes face moisturizer. i also use oil free face cleanser. am i doing something wrong? b/c i have back acne and pimples on my face

Lotion may clog pore: The lotion may be clogging your pores. Try doing without the lotion and see if it makes a difference, On the other hand, it could be hormonal. May or may not apply to you, but sometimes going on or off birth control or changing pills may affect acne. Try these suggestions for starters. Regards, Dr. Lebowitz
