my 20 months old toddler has rejected all solid food for three days after vomiting in the mist of a meal. how long do toddler food strike last?

It depends: Three days of no solid food is a long time if he just vomited once in the middle of a meal. Did he vomit more often than that? Is he drinking normally? If he vomited for a day, so you're on day 2 of no food, and he's been drinking and peeing normally, then it's probably a bug that he'll get over. If not, if he's not peeing normally, or you're worried that he's just not "right" see your doctor.
