fall 2 days ago resulting in complete splits w r leg fwd, l leg strait back. x-ray neg, got toradol im. pain still 8/10, no position feels good. help?

Ice, Ice and More..: Sounds like you tore a muscle or strained a tendon. You need to do some hard stuff. Move. get up and around as much as possible or it will get stiffer, ice the area that hurts several times a day, ice bath even, Keep using a Advil (ibuprofen) or Alieve for pain and swelling. These take time to heal. If you do that for a week and still have severe pain see you doctor.
