can strep cause lower abdominal bloating, tender sides, constipation, random cough and loss of appetite? i was tested positive for strep.

Not commonly: Be aware, usually one of the hallmarks of strep throat is the lack of cough. Also, this type of infection doesn't tend to have a lot of abdominal like symptoms. If you are taking antibiotics, then it's possible your GI symptoms are related to this. Though, everyone's body is different and with an inflammatory infection like Strep you may be atypical and have GI symptoms like you mention.
