Can toxoplasmosis igg take time to reach positive level after igm return to normal? i recently had 2 positvie igm tests now negative but so is igg.

It can ...: IgM is the acute(rapidly formed) antibody against Toxoplasmosis that is initially formed but then your body will start to form IgG antibodies(assuming it's not severely immunocompromised). But if the two IgM/IgG tests are >2-3 weeks apart and still the IgG's remain negative, there is a possibility of a false (+) IgM antibody test.
