? papilloma: There is a small chance that it's something called a papilloma, which is a small round lesion that can be caused by infection with HPV. These can also affect the vocal cords, and could explain your recent trouble with your voice. You need to see an ENT who can look deep into your throat and see if there are any similar lumps around your vocal cords and get a good look at the one you can see.

Yes if not improved: If you are still hurting without any real improvement or if it is feeling worse, then a MRI would be indicated unless the pain is mild and not affecting your life.

Lots of ways: Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen mostly. Gargling with warm salt water, one fourth tsp salt per 8 ounces. Chloraseptic spray, Benzocaine throat losenges. If more severe pain may have an infection, go see a doctor. For bad viral pharyngitis we sometimes use steroids, and for strep you need an antibiotic.

Several: A type of back support called a pregnancy harness can help as you progress with the pregnancy and guided exercise as long as it is cleared by your ob/gyn. A tens unit can also be of benefit.

No: Fatty liver at your age should not be causing pain in that area.

Situational symptoms: When your symptoms are so situational (distress occurs when you are in a particular place or circumstance but rarely occur other times) then stress must be entertained as a possibility (like fear of heights, ladders, flying, etc.) phobias are readily treatable, once you've ruled out medical problems that can prompt identical symptoms. See your doctor as to how to go about addressing this issue.
