My androstenedione test results came out as above 5.5. I want to know whether is this value normal, high or very high?

Check with that lab: different labs use different scales. Also, the lab would likely have normal values based on age. Every lab result I've seen has that evaluation (normal, high, low) attached to it. Sounds high Polycystic Ovarian disease is a very common cause. Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health,
