Preg and bleeding: High hCG levels are a good sign. Abnormal shape to sac not good, 117 heart rate not good. Blood on wall can be normal implantation bleeding. Spotting not uncommon. Unfortunately all the correct things are being monitored. Now you watch and wait. Sorry. Best of luck.
