Get it checked: It could be anything from a salivary gland stone to a cancerous tumor, Get it checked ASAP . You could also have a tooth abcess

ENT: Please see an ear,nose and throat specialist soon. It could be a blockage possibly by a stone(or othet causes too) of the duct ftom your right submandibular salivary gland. Good luck. Do not ignore it.

Visit the doctor: Well, it is not a good sign as these things never get better better by themselves, we can not stipulate over the internet, it can be anything such an infection or a tumor. Pleas call a doctor, a dentist or an MD, or better go to the ER. ASAP.
