Symptoms of diabetes: Having a headache and being hungry all the time are classic symptoms of hyperglycemia, or having an elevated blood glucose level. Check you blood glucose level and talk to your doctor about your symptoms. Also, be sure to drink plenty of water and eat low carbohydrate meals.

Type 11 diabetics: Usually due to Insulin resistance will have frequent hypoglycemia which makes you hungry and crave sugary and fatty foods. Eating small , frequent meals and low glycemic index carbs and exerc ise will really help
