sharp pain in 1 spot in throat for 3 months. dr checked with camera, said all normal. worsens at night. hurts when swallowing and talking. please help?

Pain: So just like everything, camera's don't see it all and that is where imaging like CT scan or MRI would be helpful. Also if pain worsens at night (meaning laying down??) this can be due to the weight of one structure against another (like lymph node against a boney structure). See a specialist (ENT) if you haven't already.
