Insulin: Type 1 diabetes is a destruction of the Insulin producing B-cells. Other than that, you are like any other 19 yo woman, and you need a healthy diet, exercise, and a happy life. Unless there is a specific deficiency, you don't need vitamins/etc. But you need Insulin (multiple shots), and the help of a diabetes professional to keep your glu reasonable without too much hypoglycemia.
