Herpes: The typical presentation of Herpes due to sexual contact would present with blisters within about 72 hours after direct genital contact. There are many other STDs that you can contract, however, with unprotected sex, aside from just Herpes. If you are having symptoms, even without the blisters, it is best to get tested. Best wishes.
