Cysts: It is possible to have cysts that cannot be felt that can cause some discomfort. Sometimes the breast just hurts for no discernable reason. Be sure you mention this to your doctor and that you are up to date on your regular examinations. Evening primrose oil can help with breast pain (mastalgia)
