It is possible: It is known that obesity can contribute to infertility. As well known how it can affect women's ability to ovulate normally, but obesity also seems to have a more complex effect leading to infertility in women who even ovulate normally. You should seek the input of a health care provider in person, so that further testing may be considered and/or undertaken to address your concerns. Good luck.
