Counseling and exam : Perhaps a good physical exam with some blood work might provide reassurance that you are indeed healthy. Counselling might help you find the source of your worries about death and dying. Perhaps a recent death of someone close or someone who died around your age might have triggered this fear. There is always help that can make things better. Do not get discouraged!
