Could soy raise estrogen and lower testosterone in men?

Partly: Common question and concern. I do not know of any reliable research showing soy increases estrogen levels in men. There are case reports of soy isoflavones lowering free testosterone though. Personally, I avoid soy (including lecithin) as much as possible.

Only testosterone: Man should stay with testosterone at this point if really needed, majority of men make enough testosterone to function.
