One can still: conceive with a unicornuate uterus. It is not associated with infertility. It is associated with a higher risk for preterm labor/delivery ... since it is a small size uterus.

Unknown: I don't really know what an individuals pH level means. Where do you measure that and what significance does it have. I don't know and we certainly don't routinely measure that on an individual. My answer would have to be "no.".

Normal fallopian tubes don't show up on ultrasound, so I would be concerned for a blocked tube or hydrosalpinx. Have you had a Hysterosalpingogram or HSG test in the last two years?
