Yes, normal: It is very common for viral illnesses, even some nasty ones, to not have fever as a symptom. Sounds like a pretty typical course of upper respiratory symptoms that now have progressed to involve the GI tract as well. I'd wait a week before I'd see a doctor unless symptoms such a shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, significant pain (like a bad earache), or high fever >104 develop. Rest ALOT!
