Please see neurologi: Numbness only on one side of the body followed by vertigo should be evaluated by a neurologist. When you see your neurologist, it is helpful to separate the general term numbness into the neurological terms of "less feeling than normal" (like when you get dental work done and you cannot feel it) and "more feeling than normal" (like the buzzing and pins feeling when you cross your legs too long).
