Should i do something about the preauricular sinus?Everytime i felt itchy,i pressed it and yellow fluid came out.

Yes: Get evaluated by an Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck Surgeon. If your sinus has been infected multiple times, may need surgical removal. If it is self draining, may not need surgery.
