See a doctor: This sounds potentially quite serious and you will definitely need a thorough history and physical exam in addition to labs to even begin to work this out. Could be anything from a mononucleosis-like syndrome to a hematological malignancy to acute HIV disease, but without being able to see and evaluate you there is no way to predict.
