Best: If you are having unprotected anal sex, this is very desirable. Be sure to use plenty of lubrication and have a partner experienced in this and willing. Best is to use a condom with good lubrication. In that case the enema is perhaps superfluous as long as the condom stays intact and you have sheets and towels to deal with the mess.
