Nose reshaping: Typically, nose reshaping is either done surgically, or with soft tissue fillers. These are not plastics, but are rather polymers of substances that are usually found in the body. The vast majority of them resorb over time. There are, in addition, nasal implants made from silicone or other polymers, but these are used infrequently.
