What to do if i had an appointment yesterday and they used it to dilate my pupils. i think it's pretty cool stuff. could i buy it somewhere?

NO : This is not something you want to do . The purpose is to see inside the eyes for diagnostic purposes. Too much light can make you very dizzy and trouble to see. If they become dilated can also precipitate a glaucoma attack . I recommend against this idea.
