Is there scientifically proven test for food intolerance?if not,is there something that tells you what to eat and what not(foods assimilated or not)?

Dr. Tanya Russo

Food intolerance: There are many available methods for testing someone to see if they are unable to absorb some types of foods, or if they have food allergies. A gastroenterologist should be able to perform a complete evaluation.
