Height: If you started menstruating 2 years ago or more, it is unlikely you can increase your height at this point because your growth plates have closed. Adult height is determined by genetics and nutrition. Please be sure you see your doctor every year for a complete exam, eat well, sleep 8 hours a day and take vitamins daily.

Stay healthy,: eat properly, exercise, laugh and wait for your puberty and growth to finish. There is no way to change your genetics. Check w/your doctor if your have concerns about delayed growth. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or fall prey to internet scams.
