fluconozole cream inside of mouth? is it safe? why would it be used ?

Sorta safe: It won't likely hurt you, but generally inside of mouth is not treated with antifungal creams. Thrush would be the most common reason to use antifungals inside of mouth, and generally rinses/solutions are used for this purpose. Creams are not meant to be used inside the mouth.
