popping in ears, stiff feeling in neck and one side feels swollen, sometimes sensitive to touch just under my chin, what could this be?

Allergy?: This could be the result of seasonal allergy with poor aeration of the middle ear. You should see your doctor to be sure that you don't have swollen lymph nodes or other problems. Over-the-counter allergy medication may help (Clairitin, etc).
