Join weight watchers: You should join weight watchers program if it is Available in your area. If you feel cravings for any particular highly caloric food, eat a small portion of it but do it slowly.

In addition, if you drink large glasses of water regularly it will make you feel full and limit the amount of food you wish to consume.

Break the habit: That is your addict brain. You have given into it a lot in the past and you need to break this habit and teach your addiction that you are different now. It gets easier the more you do not give into these types of cravings.
