Pregnant and hedex: Yes your baby will be fine. While you're pregnant it is ok to take acetaminophen(tylenol). Occasionally Ibuprofen can be used but not in the 3rd trimester and only under the direction of your doctor. Congratulations!

About 3 weeks ago!: March 15th give or take is a pretty good estimate for conception date, especially if you are due on december 6th. Keep up with your regular prenatal visits!

No: You should not be able to feel the baby move until 18-20 weeks at the earliest, you may be having uterine cramps or it could be from the bowels, i assume you ahave already had an ultrasound, if you ahae not then you need one asap.
