What are symptoms: I totally agree with a GI specialist performing endoscopy of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum. But your question is non-specific in that you do not describe your symptoms. For example ENT doctors routinely look at the nasal passages and the larynx and that is also called endoscopy. If an endoscope is used, the procedure is called an endoscopy.
