can zyrtec (cetirizine) cause the heart to beat more strongly but not increase heart rate? 59 bpm. i can feel the beat more prominently, like it's beating harder.

Zyrtec (cetirizine) is: an antihistamine and should not affect your heart rate or blood pressure. If you are using decongestants, such as Pseudoephedrine or neosynephrine, (phenylephrine) these can affect both heart rate and BP. If symptoms persist, see a doctor.
