how to get rid of sun blisters on my face?

Time: Time will eventually heal the sun blisters. Soothing creams like aloe can help with discomfort. If they get infected, you may need antibiotic creams (such as silvadene). The most important treatment is prevention. Use sunblock with an SPF over 40, where hats, etc. Best wishes.

See an MD: I would see an MD to confirm the diagnosis before you try to destroy it, for someone your age it may just be a cyst though.
