there is a part of my penis head that is white. it doesn't hurt, itch and no bumps. could this be a std? or vitiligo, are there such thing?

Here are some ...: If the whitish patch on glans penis has been lifelong or as long as remembered, it could be just vitiligo of unknown causes, and has no known effective Rx. So, it would be better to leave it alone. If more in doubt, see Doc timely. Best wish...
