Floaters: It's good to hear that your eye examination is normal. Vitreous opacities are normal to see & discover on examination. The important distinction is evaluating normal floaters from abnormally occurring floaters. The latter would require diagnosed problems with your eyes. You've indicated a normal exam. Visual phenomena seen as floater-like disturbances may be from migrainal-type events too.
