Go to ER ASAP: ER physician will find out why you can't urinate & consult with urologist who will take care of it. Could be fecal impaction, swollen prostate, urethral stricture. bladder or urethral stone, stone bloking uretyer from solitary functioning kidney etc. No one can diagnose cause from "I can not pee".
