Low dose naloxone: Naloxone is a powerful antagonist to opioid medications, so if you take pain meds it won't be offered. However, if not, this may be a cutting-edge treatment for both. The science is complicated, so go see a fibromyalgia specialist/pain doc or bring it up with your rheumatologist. Remember, autoimmune disorders can cause chronic muscle fatigue, so I am skeptical of the fibro diagnosis.

Duloxetine or: generic Cymbalta would help both!
