help plz! can sleep deprivation cause psychosis in a schizo-affective person?

Definitely. : If one has schizo affective disorder, this is not infrequently associated with lack of sleep. This lack of sleep will magnify the personality disorder. If anyone does not get enough sleep this can at some point become a psychosis.
