Can I take dayquil by Vicks to cure cold during pregnancy? Thanks in advance.

The cold: better off to use tylenol (acetaminophen) cold or pseudophed and plain Robitussin without the DM. Dayquil has the DM and I tend to avoid that in pregnancy
