Bladder cancer runs in my family is it possible I have it even though my ultrasound looked good I have very BAD incontinence and have hematuria Im 18?

Unlikely: This can be caused by many things but usually infection or stones or trauma would be more likely for younger patients. Your primary physician can order urine cytology to detect early cancer if it is indicated after he/she examines you.
