None: in mononeuritis multiple, in general, there is no indication for nerve block

It is basically a type of nerve damage which may lead to painful neuropathy. In that case a nerve block is indicated to relieve pain during early stages. In late stages of pain procedures such as pulsed radiofrequency of the nerve might help the pain for long term.
