Maybe: Ringworm may or may not remit in weeks or months. In the meantime, treatment is utterly banal -- almost any cheap, safe topical fungicide will do the trick in a few days. For the sake of your co-workers, any romantic partners, and yourself -- take care of your ringworm like a 21st century gentleman.
