43 years experience in Surgical Oncology
Huh!: I don't understand your question. Surgical oncologists have completed a 5 year residency in surgery and a two year fellowship in surgical oncology. We are surgeons with special interest and experience in treating cancer. Most do not give chemotherapy. Medical oncologists typically start with internal medicine and then subspecialise. They give chemotherapy and other drugs but do not do surgery.
