No concern: Subclinical lymph nodes in the posterior triangle of the neck, the area behind the sternomastoid muscle are of no concern unless they increase in size and number. Do not examine the neck by flexing which forces even the smallest nodes to feel enlarged. The neck must be relaxed and then feel for te nodesh
